SANDIS 7.12 Updates

Client Services Dashboard - This is the launch of SANDIS dashboard reports. Our initial dashboard displays client with or without T19 contact for a select time period.

Stay tuned as the list reports will flourish.

What can you expect to see in the future?

• Different levels such as Administrator, Program Manager, and Service Coordinator (SC) access.

• Branching out into various categories such as Client Services, Clinical Services, Fiscal Services.

Filter/Search Bar - This new feature allows for filtering across multiple columns.

Low/No Cost POS Reports - This report will display clients with low-to-no POS’s. Reports can be exported to Excel.

T19 Note Program Line Spacing - Provides the ability to import, view, and print notes precisely as they were entered.

T19 Note Import from Word (.doc and .docx) - Compatibility improvement. Both .doc and .docx files can be used to import T19 notes from Word into SANDIS.

Work With Immunization - This module provides access to view clients with or without vaccination entries. Data can be filtered using the filter/search bar. Program Manager and Service Coordinator levels are available.

Work With Service Delivery Type - This module provides access to view clients enrolled in Self Determination as well as Traditional service delivery. Data can be filtered using the filter/search bar and date manipulation is also accessible. Program Manager and Service Coordinator levels are available.

SANDIS 7.11 Updates

PCT IPP Diagnostics Data - Newly created PCT IPP’s and PCT IPP’s that are not in locked status will begin to display the diagnosis data below the Health section. All locked IPP’s will have the diagnostic information in the previous location.

T19 Notes, One Note to Many Clients - This new feature offers a convenient way to record the same note to multiple clients.

T19 Notes, Quick Text - This feature allows quick text to be inserted in a note being created based on Type of Contact. For example, if a center uses this feature and creates a Telephone Contact, the note area could pre-fill with “Telephone contact with.”

Import T19 Dictated Notes - A new program to import dictated T19’s has been created. This program will replace the old upload program used by support staff at SDRC. This process is used by SDRC only but will be available to other centers.

Import T19 Dictated Notes, Manager Level - This manager level access allows for "batch take-over." This process is used by SDRC only but will be available to other centers.

Resource Notes, Unlock - This update allows the user to ‘unlock’ a resource note for delete or edit.

Resource Notes, One Note to Many Vendors - This new feature offers a convenient way to record the same note to multiple resources.

Resource Notes Templates – The mobile Resource Notes now have templates, similar to the SANDIS 7 Resource Notes Templates.
