INSTALLATION SUPPORT

Members of the SANDIS support team have over 35 years of experience in the social service/health care field and over 25 years of experience developing customized information systems.

Installation support includes: software implementation and training, strategic planning sessions, hardware and software configuration assistance and staff training for both technical staff and end-users.

Software enhancements and upgrades included as part of the maintenance agreement





DOCUMENTATION/SUPPORT

Full documentation provided, such as technical reference manuals and end- user guides.

Software enhancement documentation is also included as part of the maintenance agreement.

Web tutorials available to promote staff instruction utilizing "at-your-own-pace" technology.

Web-based as well as phone support available 5 days per week.

End-User training available on-site or via the Internet.
